Abstract:
This article explores the writings of foreign historians, who studied the factors of the Kazakhstan tragedy of 1932-1933. Covered the structure and content of the research. Investigates the controversial questions of the history of collectivization in Kazakhstan, as reflected in a number of major monographic studies. Defended the thesis that despite the fact that these scholars hold different, sometimes diametrically opposite conceptual approaches, their research describes a representative source base, the solidity and thoroughness of coverage of this issue.

Abstract:
As human beings, we are aware of the constant changes that world is experiencing rather rapidly. Technology has an important impact on our present and very likely on our future as well. The population flow is increasing, caused by different reasons such as jobs, family, better future outlook etc. As a person moves, so their culture changes, willingly or not. In majority of cases, moving to another place forces a person to adapt to new cultures and that also includes learning the target culture’s language. It is argued by many experts that through the learning of a new language a person can become very familiar with the culture itself. In that process, a certain filter is needed that will keep balance and minimize conflicts between the “old” and the “new” culture of an individual. That filter is intercultural education. The aim of this research was to determine the extent to which intercultural education has been established in tertiary education in Bosnia and Herzegovina through Foreign Language Learning. The instrument used for this research consists of 50 questions comprising four subscales: intellectual flexibility, interaction engagement, interaction confidence, and attitudes. The research sample consists of 160 students from three universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina two of which are private universities and one state university. The results show that the type of the university, students’ educational level, and gender significantly affect their intercultural development. The significance of the findings of this study lies in the fact that they might be employed during the process of planning and execution of foreign language teaching and learning steps.

Image of France and French People in the Soviet and Russian Screens

Abstract:
Object of study: the development of the theme of the image of France and French people in the Soviet and Russian screens. Subject of research: the evolution of the basic concepts and ideological stereotypes theme image of France and French people in the Soviet and Russian screens. Research objectives: to determine the place and role of the theme of the image of France and French people in the Soviet film industry compared with the trends of the Russian modern era; to study the cinematic, political, ideological, social, cultural context, the main stages of the project stated theme, direction, goals, objectives, concept interpretation of this topic in the Soviet and Russian screens; to carry out a comparative analysis of classification and ideology, content models, modifications of the genre, Soviet and Russian cinema stereotypes associated with the interpretation of the image of France and French people. As for the statistical data, it can be noted that the Russian cinematographers' attention to the French theme has increased significantly (about twice) in the post-Soviet period. So for the Soviet years, 128 films with French characters were staged, where as in the last 26 years (1992-2018) of such films 78 have been removed. With the dominance of the drama (75 drams in the Soviet period and 25 in the post-Soviet period), the share of films melodramatic genre (from 14 in the Soviet period to 20 – in the post-Soviet). Consequently, interest in French subjects in Soviet and Russian cinema is not accidental, which is understandable - the history of Russia and France is closely connected, and this is not only the history of wars, but also friendship, mutual attraction of cultures.

Abstract:
Transgender is an important topic for research nowadays in academia. These people are fighting for their rights immensely and it is coming only through the verdicts of various courts of India be it the apex court or the lower courts. We the commoners make their lives unbearable irrespective of the verdicts they are looked down by us. The term transgender is differentiated by us, the very so called social and sensible being, we differentiate transgender from the male and the female and we created the so called “third gender”. Though India is progressing and advancing in leaps and bounds, she is moving towards accepting the third gender by only the virtue of court verdict. This paper is an attempt to discuss various problematic issues face by transgender in India.

Comparison of Aggressiveness among Groups of Sportsmen According to Selected Types of Sports

Abstract:
The aim of the research was to find out the different types of aggressiveness among sportsmen performing individual sports and then compare the results obtained among selected types of sports. The theoretical analysis of the aggressiveness issue was carried out on the basis of a literature study, which is also based on an empirical research. A standardized psychological questionnaire B − D − I, aimed at diagnosing aggression, was used to obtain the factual material. We analyse and compare the values obtained on the basis of the psychological questionnaire B − D − I and interpret the results obtained. For better clarity, we provide measured values in the form of tables and figures. In the subtest irritability the highest initial measurements (IM) were reached in the value 9,1 which indicates significant rise of the level of the given type of aggressiveness. One respondent belonging to the file B (cross-country skiing) and one respondent from the file D (fitness and body building) have this high extent of irritability. By testing the level of negativism and subsequent comparison of the median values between individual sets, we have achieved results that point to the dominant occurrence of this type of aggressiveness in the file C (cycling). The analysis of the results related to the occurrence of the level of resentment in the individual examined files showed the highest IM rate of 8.75. Such IM values were measured in two sets, namely in the group B (cross-country skiing) and D (fitness and bodybuilding).

Abstract:
This article investigates the reason of ‘absence’ of the aspect category in the Kazakh language. The Kazakh language is considered to be temporal, but not aspectual, in spite of the fact that this language has a set of developed aspectual planes of contents and a plan of single continuum of expression. There are so many subjective reasons of denying of the aspect category in the Kazakh language. One of the reasons is that several categories of a verb function in a single continuum of expression and it makes ‘an splice effect’, which complicates to identify each category separately, including the aspect category.

Abstract:

We will show, how exactly this method can be used when studying works of Russian historians of the late XIX – early XX centuries. In this paper we will analyze a work by a remarkable Russian historian and paleographer O. A. Dobiash-Rozhdestvenskaia named “Western pilgrimages in the Middle Ages”. Through the references in this work we will learn, which studies have had the most impact on Dobiash-Rozhdestvenskaia when she was writing her work. We will also research these studies and their authors, their perception of history and scientific background. The results of our analysis will help us to make some conclusions regarding the influence of French and German historiographical traditions on Russian science.

Abstract:
In this paper analysis of references will be used to study scientific connections. We will analyze a work by a famous Russian historian Vladimir Ivanovich Guerrier named “Western monkhood and papacy”, part of which is dedicated to the life and works of Bernard of Clairvaux. Through the analysis of references in this work we will learn, which scientists have had the most impact on Guerrier while he was writing “Western monkhood and papacy”. Also, we will research the writings of these authors, their methodology and scientific background. This will help us to show, how the tradition of perceiving human history as a biography of great men influenced Russian historiographical tradition.

Abstract:
The article provides a hermeneutic analysis of Russian feature films 21st century about students, the analysis of the experts’ views, of the ideological and sociocultural context of 2000-2017. According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the Russian 21st century films about students have the following characteristics: the characters of the students became very similar to each other and interchangeable, but the differentiation in the social financial situation of students is noticeable; students do not formulate any life goals, do not ask questions about the meaning of their actions, etc.; they are indifferent to moral problems and standards (traditional "eternal" values for the Soviet cinema: loyalty, self-sacrifice, love, hard work remained in the past); students often show familiarity (including corruption) in relations with teachers. The main genre of films about university is comedy with a significant number of obscene episodes, including sex, rude expressions, etc.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to identify overall learning motivation of primary and middle school students. In this research study, the effect of such variables as gender, parents’ educational status, academic achievement, and grade level on primary and middle school students’ intrinsic and extrinsic motivation levels were investigated. This study has a descriptive model as it aims to reveal and explain the current situation in detail. The participants of this study were primary and middle school students from different schools in Isparta. The Motivation Level Detection Scale was administered to determine overall learning motivation of the participants. Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis T tests were used to compare the mean scores with respect to variables. According to the results of the study, it was found out that the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation levels of the primary school students who participated in this study did not differ by their gender, academic achievement and their parents’ educational status.

Abstract:
Proverbs are used in the oral speech in the form of variation. Variation of proverbs is connected with its ethnic and pragmatic peculiarity. Durability of proverbs is specific. Proverbs are stable as internally as externally. From this point of view they differ from expressions which have only internal durability. The usage of different proverbs in the oral speech depends on the speaker’s and listener’s condition, oral conditions and environment, text’s peculiarity. This demands more understanding when we connect proverbs with their ethnic peculiarities Proverbs can be divided into oral, methodological, ethnic and historic types. The scientific studying of proverbs has a great importance for academic and lexicographic appliance.

Abstract:
Science and technological progress and sustainable development of information technologies, cause the improvement of all spheres of modern person activity. The traditional education system is also passing through major changes. Advanced technologies in education provide universal availability of world information resources, create new opportunities, in particular, in the system of distance education – one of the most perspective systems for training specialists. The article presents the results of the study of the formation process of the distance education concept, identifies the main methods of distance transmission of knowledge and skills, and identifies key risk factors and prospects for further development.
