Abstract:
Information has become an essential resource for managing modern organizations. This is so because today’s business environment is volatile, dynamic, turbulent and necessitates the burgeoning demand for accurate, relevant, complete, timely and economical information needed to drive the decision-making process in order to accentuate organizational abilities to manage opportunities and threat. MIS work on online mode with an average processing speed. Generally, it is used by low level management. Decision support system are powerful tool that assist corporate executives, administrators and other senior officials in making decision regarding the problem. Management Information Systems is a useful tool that provided organized and summarized information in a proper time to decision makers and enable making accurate decision for managers in organizations. This paper will discuss the concept, characteristics, types of MIS, the MIS model, and in particular it will highlight the impact and role of MIS on decision making.

Role of Transformational Leadership on Employee’s Job Satisfaction: the Case of Private Universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Abstract:
The impact and type of effective leadership has a significant role in the improvement of organizational performance. This study has been conducted to indicate the importance of transformational leadership style on employees’ job satisfaction. The aim of this study is to describe the relationship between transformational leadership and employees’ job satisfaction at private universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. A sample of 150 employees responded to a three-part instrument from two private universities in Sarajevo, the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Factor analysis, means, standard deviations, correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The findings determined that a moderate, positive and significant relationship exists between the dimensions transformational leadership and employees’ job satisfaction for both work of nature and operating condition. This study suggests that leaders at the private universities should pay more attention to findings new analytical ways for old problems and describing the demand of followers.

The Current Trends in the Residential Development of Landscape and Geomorphological Tiers of the Republic of Dagestan

Abstract:
The article reveals trends in the residential load within the landscape and geomorphological tiers of the Republic of Dagestan. Analysis is based on the comparison of the areas of human settlements of different categories on the medium-sized cards editions mid-1980s and early 2000s. The article identifies tendencies of changes in the area of human settlements and their categories of high-geomorphological tiers. During the period under review the residential load decreased only within highland tier, while in others it has increased. Mostly the increase in the load is typical of the seaside and plain tiers where Makhachkala Caspian agglomeration is actively formed.

This article focuses on the thematic content of the poem "Two hundred and ten steps" by R.I. Rozhdestvenskiy in the context of the literary process of the 1970s. The scientific novelty of the test material is the first time in the domestic literary study one of the most important poems in the work of R.I.Rozhdestvenskiy. Effects of Learning Together, Constructive Controversy in Students' Acquisition of Knowledge and Skills in Peace Education Aspect of Social Studies

Abstract:
This study assessed the effects of two cooperative learning strategies (Learning Together and Constructive Controversy) on students’ learning outcomes in Peace Education at Ogun State Junior Secondary School (JSS) Level in Nigeria. A sample size of 99 students participated in the experiment from three public JSS in the state. Using Analysis of covariance for testing two null hypotheses, it was discovered that there were no significant main effects on the knowledge (F(2,78)=1.429,P>0.05) and conflict resolution skills (F(2,78)=0.021, P>0.05) of the students in Peace education aspect of Social Studies. However, the Multiple Classification Analysis of the adjusted post-test mean knowledge scores (14.546) of the students treated with constructive controversy was the highest while that of the students treated with learning together (70.76) was the best in conflict resolution skills. It was therefore recommended that cooperative learning strategies (especially learning together and constructive controversy) should always be combined with the conventional method for teaching peace education aspect of social studies.

Analyzing the Role of Private Colleges in Developing the Effective Education System in Pakistan

Abstract:
Private Colleges are a vital source of quality education. They are producing intellectual and responsible students as the students are evaluated continuously. Therefore, they strive to perform better and to obtain good result. A sizeable number of citizens criticize private colleges for charging high fees and dues, but they never acknowledged the efforts in developing their children’s educational competencies and learning abilities. The main inspiration of this study was to analyze the role of private colleges in developing the effective educational system in the district Rahim Yar Khan. A quantitative approach was used, with data being collected through questionnaire on five point Likert Scale. The questionnaire was administered upon the sample of 300 respondents (100 teachers and 200 students) from seven private colleges. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS version 19) was employed to analyze the collected data. A number of descriptive statistics including Chi Square, mean, standard deviation and percentage were calculated.

Emotional Skills Among Senior High School Age Students in Physical Education Classes

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to analyse and compare the peculiarities of emotional skills among senior high school age students in physical education classes because the significance of emotional intelligence for students is a subject of continuous scientific discussions. The independent random sample consisted of 212 (15 – 16 years old) students and 189 (17 – 18 years old) students, of which there were 198 boys and 203 girls. Schutte Self-Report Inventory (SSRI) was employed. This instrument divides emotional skills into four separate components, namely: ability to use personal positive emotional experience, ability to assess and express emotions, ability to understand and analyse emotions and ability to manage emotions. It was found that 17 – 18 years old students have better ability to use own positive emotional experience than those of 15 – 16 years old and girls have better ability to understand and analyse emotions in physical education classes than boys.

The ideas of moral upbringing during the period of Kazakh kingdom on the example of M.Kh.Dulaty ҆s work «Tarikh-i-Rashidi» are given in the article. The main idea is historical-pedagogical aspect of investigation of moral upbringing problems. Genesis of progressive ideas in this direction is the basis of historical experience, which allows to define the dynamics of upbringing process contributing to the moral perfection of personality.
